Generally speaking, there are many ways to explain the meaning of "glaze", or to explain the composition of "glaze", and to indicate the ingredients of "glaze". What is a base glaze? Simply put, it is a mixture of oxidizing raw materials (including carbonates) that do not contain a color-forming agent on the surface of the ceramic work before firing. These various mixtures of oxidizing raw materials, whether they are lime glazes or raw materials containing barium, zinc, magnesium and other basic ingredients, are fired at high temperatures to appear milky, transparent, runny glazes, dull or uncooked. State; these different mixtures constitute the basic glaze.
Classification and composition of basic glaze. From the composition of the basic glaze, the basic glaze can be divided into lime glaze, barium lime glaze, zinc lime glaze, magnesium lime glaze, barium zinc lime glaze, barium magnesium lime glaze, barium zinc magnesium lime glaze, barium zinc magnesium lime glaze ... etc. There are different combinations and variations of glaze styles due to the amount of potassium oxide and sodium oxide in the glazes. Two groups are illustrated below as examples.
For household ceramics, sanitary ceramics, glazed wall tiles and other glazed ceramic products, a layer of glaze on the surface of the carcass plays an extremely important role. First, it can cover the carcass color is not good, play a decorative beautification role; Second, it can improve the product stain removal ability; Third, it can improve the strength of ceramic products and the overall use of function. However, in production, due to various reasons, after firing the surface of the glazed products often appear local glaze defects, that is, glaze shrinkage. Shrinkage glaze not only affects the appearance of the product, and once it occurs, it will lead to the whole product scrap. Generally speaking, glaze shrinkage defects on ceramic glazes may be caused before or during firing. When the glaze melts, certain parts of the ceramic are not covered by the glaze, resulting in certain unglazed portions of the fired product. If the glaze is particularly thick (high viscosity), it will not flow smoothly over the surface of the product during firing. In some cases the glaze will build up in piles, and sometimes the glaze will show many cracks. Actually, these are not cracks, just glaze not flowing. Generally at the firing temperature, the glaze should be completely liquefied and flow evenly to cover the surface. When the glaze can not flow well due to surface tension, the part of the glaze that can not flow will be exposed to the carcass, called "shrinkage glaze".
(1) ceramic tile repair ceramic tile repair coloring material is the general term of "coloring material", ceramic tile repair ceramic tile repair coloring material is the general term of the coloring material used in ceramic products, including glaze, glaze, glaze, glaze, glaze, cosmetic clay and blanks on the whole coloring material.
(2) Ceramic tile repair tile repair colorants can be considered sufficient to be included in the basic color-emitting substances in all ceramic coloring materials. Such basic chromophores are usually various human colored inorganic compounds and, in rare cases, naturally colored minerals or metal oxides. (3) Tile refinishing colorants are tinting tile refinishing tile refinishing colorants that can be used directly on the ceramic body or glaze L for color information. Such as glaze tile repair colorants, silkscreen tile repair colorants, seepage tile repair colorants and so on.
(4) coloring agent or coloring agent coloring object substances collectively referred to as coloring agent or coloring agent, can make ceramic coloring agent, ceramic tile repair tile repair pigment and coloring agent coloring substances called ceramic coloring agent or coloring agent. They are the basic raw materials for manufacturing ceramic tile repair tile repair colorants, tile repair tile repair colorants and tile repair tile repair colorants.
(5) Color base is an inorganic coloring material prepared by combustion of colorants and other raw materials.
(6) Flux is a high-temperature glassy substance with a low melting point, and its phase-based coordination can be used to prepare ceramic tile repair tile repair colorants.
Ceramic Tile Repair Tile Repair Colorants are composed of metal oxides, and the various colors you see are due to the different metal oxides present in the vitreous. In different atmospheres and raw materials, some metal oxides take on different colors, such as chromium oxide, which takes on green and red colors.
The composition of the glaze is so varied that the glaze colors are brilliant and colorful. Some glazes need to be fired in a reducing atmosphere, while others can be oxidized and fired. Common glazes that must be reduction-fired are green glazes, copper-red glazes, and Jun glazes. The basic glaze contains chromium oxide and tin oxide as the color rendering agent, reduction firing into dark green, oxidation firing into pink, commonly known as chrome tin red. Celadon glaze is made with iron oxide as the color-forming agent.
